Our team of Manufacturer's Representatives, and application engineers, are available to provide expert support for your projects
A critical component of any retrofit project is a complete understanding of the building's heating, ventilation and cooling requirements. The best way to fully understand those requirements is to conduct a building walkthrough where you document the building's HVAC retrofit requirements. Both our manufacturers’ representatives and Cambridge Engineering’s application engineering team are available to support you in the building analysis phase.
Heat Load Calculations and Solutions Design
After the walkthrough, and the analysis documents are complete, the Cambridge Technical Sales Specialist can provide heat load analysis and equipment design layout for the project.
We will travel with you to the facility to complete the analysis paperwork so that you have a document that you can provide to your customer of the walkthrough findings.
Start Up and Technical Support
Our dedicated customer support team can provide, for a fee, start up and commissioning services as well as technical support for all Cambridge equipment.
Parts and ongoing Customer Service
Our customer service team is available to answer questions and provide phone support for your field technicians and to fulfill spare parts ordering. To improve the this process Cambridge will launch our new online Cambridge Parts Store to improve the spare parts order experience.
In order to receive the either the Yeti Rambler or the Yeti cooler the retrofit project facility must be a minimum of 30,000 s/f or larger.
